Research Methods: Thermodynamic modeling (ThermoCalc, JMatPro), microstructural analysis (Olympus GX71 optical microscope, JEOL JSM-7000F scanning electron microscope), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (Oxford Instruments INCA Penta FET), and microhardness measurements. Key Results: The formation of composite structures based on Ni (Inconel 718), Co (Stellite 32), and steels (316L, Х12Ф, Р6М5) with refractory additives (TiC, NbC, TaC, TiB2) was analyzed using ThermoCalc and JMatPro. Phase diagrams and crystallization patterns were investigated. Optimal composite compositions were determined for various conditions, including electrochemical corrosion, high-temperature oxidation, erosion, and wear. The technological parameters for selective laser melting were established. Using a developed hybrid technology (SPS sintering followed by laser remelting), prototypes were fabricated and their microstructure was analyzed, confirming the feasibility of achieving the target phase state.
