The study of the processes of digital transformation of cultural and social interaction and business processes in education, science and production is aimed at revealing the potential of the wide use of information and telecommunication technologies. The first section is devoted to the analysis of the use of methods and technologies of using information systems in education and production to increase the efficiency of digital transformation in the system of training specialists in engineering specialties for the implementation and application of additive technologies. To ensure access to education for people with disabilities, approaches based on the principles of inclusive learning are proposed. A multi-level algorithm for protecting personal data in the global Internet has been developed. Blockchain technology implements the mechanism of data immutability. Section 2 reveals methods for increasing the efficiency of using information systems in the system of training specialists in engineering specialties. The use of information systems in education is recommended to highlight measures to ensure cybersecurity of the proposed information systems. In section 3, the software implementation of information management systems is disclosed and the use of adaptive software tools and methods is justified, which comprehensively solve the problems of efficiency, forecasting and security in the conditions of intensive digital transformation of production and scientific processes. The fourth section is devoted to the analysis of the effectiveness of information systems methods and their implementation in management, design and the education system.
