The research led to the formulation and reserch testing of several theoretical hypotheses, the justification and confirmation of which prompted the unification of cultural production and consumption and the search for a common categorical-definitional context: 1) the common cultural space as a process of cultural exchange, access to which is subject to natural and artificial social, educational and economic barriers and is provided or limited by participants in both cultural production and consumers; 2) cultural infrastructure as a complex of various agents of cultural production, distribution, consumption and elements of influence and dependence on the external environment, which assumes the agency or subjectivity of the elements of the infrastructure and focuses on the study of each of them; 3) a procedural approach to the study of culture as an alternative to the object approach to the study of culture, which, is based on the common context of various elements of the cultural space, production and consumption, which makes it possible to consider the economic or creative resource of culture outside the opposition model, opening up the possibilities of studying cultural entrepreneurship as a socio-economic and cultural process, which is clearly different from cultural industries despite the common prioritization of socio-economic indicators.
