The aim of the work is to develop a stable and reliable system for the acquisition, processing, and transmission of data from the MTG geostationary satellite, ICON numerical weather prediction model data, and soil trafficability model data. The study employs technical means for radio signal reception, software tools for satellite data acquisition and processing, as well as modern mathematical methods for data analysis. As a result of the research, software tools written in Python were developed to automate the downloading, partial processing, and transmission of DWD ICON numerical model data via an FTP server. Additional meteorological parameters were calculated, including atmospheric visibility and cloud cover exceeding 60%. Updated software for receiving EUMETCAST satellite data from MSG and MTG satellites was implemented, and verification of ICON numerical weather prediction data was performed for the main meteorological parameters. Special attention was given to the development of models for forecasting off-road trafficability of military vehicles, taking into account the mechanical and water-physical properties of soils and the type of vehicle propulsion system. The work has significant scientific and practical value for monitoring large and hard-to-reach areas, improving the efficiency of weather forecasting, and supporting decision-making in emergency situations.
