Eight control geodetic points were established, and two cycles of GNSS observations and one cycle of gravimetric measurements were conducted. Using modern satellite monitoring methods (PSInSAR) and multi-parameter data analysis, maps of surface deformation velocities were produced, and the relationship between water level changes in the reservoir and induced seismicity was refined. Machine learning methods allowed for the identification of anomalous zones and the detection of spatial and temporal patterns of deformation. The results were validated through publications in international and national journals, a monograph, and the defense of doctoral, master’s, and bachelor’s theses. The obtained data can be applied for continuous monitoring of hydraulic structures, risk assessment of potential failures, enhancement of critical infrastructure safety, and use in scientific research and education in geodesy and geoinformatics.
