At the same time, the problem of access of the world society to food products still remains unresolved (neither at the level of individual countries nor at the UN level). The main reasons for this situation are the significant increasing degradation of agricultural resources, in particular soils, and the poverty of a part of the world's population, who cannot afford regular access to food products. Organic agriculture is designed to solve one of these key problems - ensuring a sufficient amount of food by using an environmentally safe method of growing crops.
