Objective of the study: Development of diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive measures for reproductive pathologies in animals. Object of research: morpho-functional state of the genitals (gonads, uterus, mammary gland) and organs regulating the reproductive function of animals, placenta, embryos and fetuses, newborns; mechanisms of infertility development; assessment of the state of embryos/fetuses and newborn animals, processes that affect the formation of colostral Ig in the mammary gland of cows in the dry period, the quality of milk of cows in the lactation period; diagnostics, therapy and prevention of reproductive function disorders in animals with obstetric, gynecological and andrological pathology. Subject of research: determination of homeostasis indicators, dynamics of sex hormones, weight, linear parameters and histostructure of sexual, endocrine organs and fetoplacental complex; structure of vaginal smear; clinical and morphological condition of embryos/fetuses, newborn lambs and kids; clinical assessment of intra- and postnatal periods and manifestation of reproductive function in normal and vitamin A deficiency; development of methods for assessing the condition of embryos/fetuses and newborns, programs for complex diagnostics, therapy and prevention of reproductive function disorders in animals.
