An almost twofold increase in efficiency (StH = 13.2%) was achieved for visible light compared to the previous stage; an effective method for integrating Cu-Ni bimetallic co-catalysts was developed; optimal concentrations of metal components (5% Cu + 2% Ni), the significant influence of the plasmon effect on activity enhancement was confirmed, the synergistic effect of mechanochemical modification and metal co-catalysts was established, and recommendations were developed regarding the optimal composition and structure of photocatalysts for industrial applications.
