For this purpose, it is planned to create a single comprehensive system that provides for an innovative approach at each stage of specialized actions, namely: conducting diagnostics - assessing the actual technical condition - choosing an effective method of strengthening the damaged structure. popup.description2 An analysis of the current state of scientific literature on damaged reinforced concrete structures was conducted, enabling the systematization of knowledge on the nature of damage and its impact on the strength, stiffness, and durability of structures. Factors that influenced the development of damage, such as loads, temperature changes, humidity, aggressive environments, and other operating conditions, were considered. Next, a comprehensive analysis of modern diagnostic methods and laboratory research of reinforced concrete structures was conducted, including traditional approaches, such as non-destructive testing using ultrasound, magnetic and electrical methods, as well as innovative technologies, in particular digital image correlation, laser scanning, and high-precision photogrammetry. The current state of research on restored and reinforced concrete structures was studied, which enabled assessing the effectiveness of various strengthening and restoration technologies, including reinforcement with composite materials, the application of special coatings, and the use of steel and plastic additional elements. Based on this analysis, the project's goals and objectives were formulated, covering modern approaches to the restoration and strengthening of damaged structures and integrating a comprehensive approach: damage assessment, development of reinforcement schemes, and selection of materials and fastening methods. The practical part of the implementation included the manufacture of experimental reinforced concrete beams with damaged working reinforcement for experimental studies of their behavior under various types of loads and the determination of critical zones of deformation and crack formation. Experimental samples were prepared to determine the true physical and mechanical characteristics of concrete and reinforcement, including strength, modulus of elasticity, deformation properties, and resistance to crack formation.
