Head Masiuk Andrii S., Кандидат технічних наук Registration Date 27-03-2026 Organization Lviv Polytechnic National University popup.description1 Еo develop the physico-chemical and technological bases of the technology of obtaining and applying polymer-composite coatings based on modified polymer and reactive oligomeric adhesives, suitable for use as multi-purpose coatings (protective against of electromagnetic radiation, masking from radar surveillance, antistatic and anticorrosive) with adjustable conductivity, ability to interact with electromagnetic radiation and reduced ability to ionize. popup.description2 The results of comprehensive studies of intermolecular interactions, chemical transformations, interfacial processes and technological compatibility of the plasticizer - epoxidized soybean oil (ESO), compatibilizer - polyvinyl butyral (PVB) and epoxy resin in polymer-composite systems and adhesive materials based on them are presented. Special attention is paid to establishing the patterns of influence of the nature and content of ESO and PVB on the structure, morphology and operational characteristics of highly adhesive materials based on epoxy resin. The influence of the nature and concentration of modifiers on the magnetodielectric, thermal and electrical conductive properties of composite materials based on epoxy resin and electrically conductive fillers is revealed. The results obtained indicate the formation of percolation structures and interfacial bonds that determine the electrophysical and thermal parameters of the developed materials. New functional polymer materials for various purposes have been developed. In particular, modified electrically conductive carbon-containing fillers for polymer matrices have been created, which are graphite particles modified with polyvinyl butyral in an alcohol environment under the action of ultrasound, which are characterized by increased technological compatibility with thermosetting and thermoplastic binders. Highly adhesive polyester binders with increased resistance to icing have been developed based on unsaturated polyester resins modified with polyvinyl chloride and polytetrafluoroethylene, which are characterized by reduced values of surface wettability by water and aggressive aqueous environments and increased chemical resistance. In addition, combined composite materials based on starch-polylactide 3D-printed matrices impregnated with modified polyurethane and epoxy binders with ESO, native starch, and PVB have been created, which are characterized by increased strength Product Description popup.authors Diana Katruk Anastasiia Kucherenko Bozhena Kulish-Pelenska Dmytro Kechur Vitalii Stadnik Oleksandr Ivanukh popup.nrat_date 2026-03-27 Close
