The subject of the research is the theoretical and institutional foundations of the influence of philosophical education on the formation and development of creative industries. The research employs a dialectical approach, as well as the principles of systemacity, historicism, complementarity, and the unity of theory and practice. The methodological toolkit also includes systemic-genetic analysis, structural-functional analysis, and comparative analysis. Theoretical and Practical Significance. The study substantiates that philosophy constitutes a prerequisite for the development of the creative economy, as it provides conceptual tools for understanding sociocultural processes, forms a categorical framework for interpreting cultural transformations, and creates conditions for generating new meanings and innovative cultural practices. The research develops a concept of a new professional model of the philosopher, which envisages the integration of academic, educational, expert, and public outreach activities in the sphere of the development of creative industries and the public intellectual sphere.
