Assess the agri-environmental aspect of the application of protection in Polissya. popup.description2 Modern intensive technologies for growing agricultural crops involve the active use of chemicals, increasing the rates of mineral fertilizers, expanding the area of grain and technical crops, etc. However, in order to obtain high yields and quality of the grown products, it is important to optimize the use of chemical protection agents, mineral fertilizers, and biological preparations and their timely introduction. It should be noted that one of the disadvantages of the intensive use of pesticides and mineral fertilizers is the pollution of the environment by their excessive amounts and the plateau of the yield indicators of the main agricultural crops, which requires the improvement of existing technologies and the search for new ways and means of increasing the yield and quality of agricultural products while reducing environmental damage. Another important element in the technology of growing agricultural crops is the use of biological preparations and organic fertilizers. Therefore, we developed an experimental microbial preparation and investigated its effectiveness in growing winter wheat. According to the results of the analysis of the scientific literature and our exploratory studies, the correct selection of active substances of pesticides, the identification of the most common phytopathogens, pests and weeds in the conditions of Polissia, and the timely application of pesticides allow to reduce the number of applied drugs and increase their effectiveness. Also, the combination of mineral fertilizers with micropreparations and biopreparations and their separation/combination in time in the technology of growing grain, leguminous and industrial crops allow to increase the assimilation rate of nutrients from mineral fertilizers and improve the indicators of the production process.
