The purpose of the work is to develop Degassing Projects for excavation sections 1010-M of the layer C10v, 1176 and 1178 of the layers C11 of the mine named after Heroes of Space, PSU «MINE MANAGEMENT named after Heroes of Space", PJSC "DFEK PAVLOGRADVUHILLYA". Research methods - generalization and analysis of results, methods of mathematical statistics, calculations using standard methods. As a result of the work, the mining, geological and mining characteristics of the excavation sections 1010-M of the layer C10v, 1176 and 1178 of the layers C11 of the mine named after Heroes of Space, PSU «MINE MANAGEMENT named after Heroes of Space", PJSC "DFEK PAVLOGRADVUHILLYA". The expected methane release within the excavation areas, air consumption for ventilation of the excavation areas have been calculated. Measures have been developed to manage the degassing system of the excavation areas during fires in mining operations. Projects have been developed for the degassing of excavation areas 1010-M of the S10v layer, 1176 and 1178 of the S11 layer of the Heroes of Space mine of the PSU «MINE MANAGEMENT named after Heroes of Space" PJSC "DFEK PAVLOGRADVUHILLYA". The results of the implementation of the developments - the application of the developed recommendations will allow to increase gas safety during mining operations, which is of great socio-economic and environmental importance.
