The study used general scientific and special methods: analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction, system and process approaches, economic and mathematical modeling, comparative analysis, forecasting, as well as tools for processing big data and digital analysis. Modern approaches to supply chain management are summarized, the evolution of logistics innovations is analyzed and promising directions for their development in the face of global threats are identified. The possibilities of applying intelligent technologies in logistics are investigated. Conceptual approaches to the formation of environmentally friendly supply chains are developed and tools for assessing the effectiveness of sustainable supply chains are proposed. A conceptual model of the restoration and development of transport and logistics infrastructure in the face of military and global challenges is substantiated, directions for digital transformation of logistics companies are substantiated, a methodology for assessing the competitiveness of transport and logistics enterprises is formed, taking into account risks and environmental criteria.
