Through the joint efforts of the state, educational institutions, and employers, Ukraine’s education system can be brought into alignment with the modern challenges and needs of the economy. Therefore, dual education alone is insufficient; we consider it fundamentally important to establish a “strategic partnership triangle” that involves a third party in these relations—the state. A strategic partnership between enterprises, the state, and higher education institutions is an effective way to gain access to skilled workers.
