Traditional approaches to the development of land management projects do not meet the requirements of organic production, since they do not provide for a comprehensive assessment of the biological self-regulation of agricultural systems, the closure of biogenic cycles and landscape adaptability of territorial organization. The object of the study is the processes of land management design and ecological and economic justification of organic land use in Ukraine. The goal is to develop a scientifically sound procedure for the formation of land management projects, which ensures the integration of environmental priorities with the economic feasibility of management. The methodological basis of the study is a complex of general scientific and special methods: system analysis – to establish synergistic relationships between ecological and economic factors; calculation and construction – to determine the norms of crop rotation organization, buffer zones and elements of ecological infrastructure; normative – for the formation of the structure of land management documentation. The expected results include the development of a system of principles for designing organic land uses, determining the composition of text and graphic materials of land management documentation and substantiating proposals for regulatory and legal support for the industry. The practical significance of the study lies in creating a methodological basis for the sustainable spatial development of the organic sector of Ukraine. Product Description popup.authors Roman A.
