Subject of research – Models and methods of system analysis of information processes in managing logistics operations for the design and development of information systems supporting decision-making in the field of logistics. Purpose of the work – Justification of theoretical and methodological foundations and the formation of scientific and practical recommendations for the development and implementation of automated systems for managing logistics operations. An important separate direction of the research is the development of methods and models to ensure information security (IS) of transport and logistics centers (TLC), which includes risk assessment and modeling of protection strategies. In the course of the research, a systemic hierarchical model of classification of factors influencing the level of IS risk of TLC was developed, which allows systematic structuring and consideration of the interdependence of diverse factors specific to cyber-physical systems of transport and logistics centers. A comprehensive IS risk assessment model (“Teacher–Student”) is also proposed, based on the integration of Mamdani fuzzy inference and an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) with a second-order polynomial function, which ensures increased accuracy and adaptability of IS risk assessment of TLC in a dynamic environment. The practical significance lies in the development of the architecture and principles of integration of decision support information technology (DSIT) for IS of TLC, which provides for the interaction of the comprehensive risk assessment model, the module for optimization of controlled factors, and the strategic analysis module (in particular, using Wilson’s Matrix), enabling the formation of substantiated decisions on IS management at the strategic level.
