The features of adaptive syndrome formation under the combined application of biologically active substances were established, including vitamins A, D₃, and E, milk thistle (Silybum marianum), butafosfan, interferon, methionine, selenium, and carnitine as components of veterinary preparations and feed additives. The pharmacodynamics of newly developed preparations and their effects on the antioxidant and immune status of laboratory and productive animals were investigated. The antioxidant and hepatoprotective properties of the preparation “Devivit Carnitine” were established, and its efficacy and safety were evaluated under conditions of endotoxicosis and toxic lesions of the organism. The influence of abiotic and environmental factors, particularly heavy metal load, on biochemical and morphological blood parameters, liver functional state, and the antioxidant and immune systems of animals and poultry was studied. The feasibility of using a complex of biologically active substances based on carnitine hydrochloride, methionine, selenium, zinc, and vitamins E and B₁₂ for the normalization of metabolic processes, enhancement of antioxidant and immune system activity, and stabilization of the physiological state of animals under adverse environmental conditions has been scientifically substantiated. New approaches to evaluating reproductive performance, optimizing pig feeding systems, studying genetic markers of productivity, and assessing the influence of technological factors on growth, adaptation, and product quality have been developed and justified.
