The study focuses on the theoretical and methodological justification and development of practical recommendations for improving the land cadastre system, taking into account modern challenges associated with the instability of the economic environment, the transformation of land relations and the formation of the agricultural land market. It is substantiated that improving the quality of cadastral accounting is directly related to the modernization of geodetic support, in particular the introduction of satellite geodetic systems, electronic total stations and modern software for processing measurement results. Particular attention is paid to the inventory of land in built-up areas and the improvement of urban geodetic networks as the basis for the formation of accurate and reliable cadastral information. Priority areas for improving the cadastral system under martial law have been identified, which include ensuring the continuity of the State Land Cadastre, protecting spatial data, and developing methodological approaches to restoring title documents on damaged lands.
