The aim of the study is to develop methodological foundations for the formation of sustainable integrated transport systems using intelligent technologies in order to enhance their resilience, adaptability, safety, and efficiency. The methodological framework is based on systems and comparative analysis, a structural-functional approach, methods of scientific generalization, mathematical and simulation modelling, multicriteria assessment, elements of probability theory, as well as fuzzy sets and fuzzy logic. The theoretical significance of the research lies in the advancement of approaches to describing transport processes in crisis conditions and under multifactor uncertainty. The practical significance is associated with the possibility of applying these approaches to assess the resilience of transport networks, identify vulnerable infrastructure elements, analyse crisis scenarios, and support decisions aimed at ensuring continuity of transport operations, transport safety, and logistics support. The scientific novelty lies in combining the concepts of sustainable development, integration of different modes of transport, and intelligent modelling for analysing the functioning of transport systems under war-related conditions, technogenic threats, economic instability, and other destabilizing factors. The degree of implementation corresponds to scientific and methodological results validated through publications, conference proceedings, and intellectual property objects.
