The results of this work will be used in the development of repair documentation to improve the technical condition of damaged building structures and in making changes to the existing technical condition passport for this building popup.description2 A technical report on the structural inspection of the buildings and facilities of Crushing Plant-1 (DF-1) has been completed, specifically for the 1st-2nd Stage Crushing Building (Inv. No. 000016) and the 3rd-4th Stage Crushing Building (Inv. No. 000017) of PJSC "NORTHERN GOK". The scope of the study includes the load-bearing and building envelope structures of the DF-1 facilities: the 1st-2nd stage crushing building and the 3rd-4th stage crushing building. The purpose of the study is to inspect these structures to identify deterioration trends in their technical condition caused by damages and defects arising during operation. The results of this work will be utilized in the development of repair documentation to improve the technical condition of damaged structures and to update the existing technical passports of these buildings.Based on the inspection results, the actual condition of the buildings was determined, and an assessment was conducted regarding their compliance with legislative requirements for buildings and structures. The technical condition of the DF-1 buildings and structures (1st-2nd and 3rd-4th crushing stages) is generally classified as "unfit for normal operation," with the exception of certain areas characterized as being in "emergency condition." Recommendations have been developed to bring specific structural elements to a satisfactory condition and to maintain them accordingly. The implementation of the recommendations provided in the technical report will allow the DF-1 buildings (1st-2nd and 3rd-4th crushing stages) to be brought to a satisfactory condition. This will create safe conditions for the operation of production assets, ensuring a continuous technological cycle of ore preparation. The safe functioning of these crushing stage facilities will guarantee the stable operation of the entire crushing plant complex and minimize the risks of occupational injuries.
