The work is aimed at solving tasks and problems in the field of high-energy physics, environmental radiation monitoring, and nuclear medicine. popup.description2 Single crystals of non-activated halide perovskites CsPbCl₃, CsPbBr₃, and CsSnBr₃ were grown from the melt using the Stockbarger method. A concentration series of CsPbCl₃ single crystals activated with ns²-element ions (Mg, Ca, Sr) and lanthanide ions (Ce, Pr, Eu, Yb), as well as CsPbBr₃ crystals activated with Cd ions, were grown. Single crystals of CsPbBr₃ perovskites were also grown by the precipitation method. X-ray structural studies of the crystals were carried out using DRON-2M and STOE Stadi P X-ray diffractometers. The crystal growth technique ensures their single-phase composition. The chemical composition of the samples and the impurity concentration were determined using energy-dispersive X-ray fluorescence analysis. A decrease in the lattice parameters of the perovskites was observed upon activation with metal cations whose ionic radii are smaller than that of lead, as well as a decrease in the Pb–Cl distance. Approaches to nanoparticle compaction were developed. Pure CsPbCl₃ and CsPbBr₃ nanoparticles, as well as nanoparticles activated with Cd²⁺ and Sr²⁺ ions, were synthesized and compacted into polymer matrices and metal–organic frameworks.
