RESIDENTIAL TERRITORIES, CONCEPTS OF TRANSFORMATION OF RESIDENTIAL TERRITORIES, CONDITIONAL ALGORITHM FOR USING THE NEW CONCEPT OF TRANSFORMATION OF RESIDENTIAL TERRITORIES, DESIGN PROCESS MODELS, CITY OF DNIPR The object of research is the planning structure of the residential area of ​​the city of Dnipro in the conditions of its transformation. The purpose of the study is to develop a concept of approaches to solving the problems of transformation of residential areas of the city of Dnipro. Research methods: graph-analytical, statistical, cartographic, analog, computer modeling. An assessment of the current state of domestic and foreign concepts of approaches to solving the problems of transformation of residential areas was carried out. The paths of transformation of residential areas of the city of Dnipro in the previous stages of its history are analyzed. Concepts of modern approaches to solving the problems of transformation of the residential territory of Dnipro were developed: quantitative and qualitative transformation criteria were formulated; the conditions of the use of transformation concepts are revealed; the composition of the expected results of the introduction of concepts is determined. Fundamentally new models of the design process and understanding of the paradigm of the city as such are considered: multi-variant, multi-dimensional dynamic-evolutionary, constantly changing on the basis of new algorithms for the behavior of all factors. Recommendations for the transformation of residential areas of the city of Dnipro have been formulated: concepts of further transformation; the algorithm of conditions of use of the new concept of transformation; a list of the results of the implementation of the new concept of transformation.
