There are physical loads, relaxation and breath exercises, manual and biomechanical self massage, mioelectrostimulation.The method of simultaneous mioelectrostimulation has elaborated which allows to increase strength qualities and physical efficiency.The methods we have elaborated are useful for increasing of programmers work efficiency, operators, drivers, pilots and other representatives of brain workers.
