The fermentation conditions of organic waste originated by stockbreeding farms ensuring the priority of the phosphorus-mobilizing microorganisms development and conditions of vermicomposting that allow to reach 80 % transformation of phosphorous compounds to digest form were established. The experimental batch of organo-mineral fertilizer - vermicomfose was prepared and its agrochemical testing had been done. This new fertilizer contains up to 3.5 % of digest phosphorous and exhibits agrochemical efficiency for 15 % higher than that of similar mixture of simple fertilizers. The projects of technological regulation of fertilizer preparation process and technical conditions for this fertilizer were developed.
