It was found the cumulative effect of the low-dozes radiation. That is the cause of increase all types diseases frequence in persons working since 1986-87. The methodolgy of health state assesment by using informative indices of main organism systems condition and criteries of rehabilitation beginning was made up and introduced in exclusion zone hospital № 16 with high effectivity. The pathogenetical mechanism of diseases evolution was studied. It includes the activation of lipids peroxide oxidation and the exhaustion of antioxidative guard system during low-doses radiation influence. The prophylactic and curative-rehabilitation strategy was pathogenetically based and using in the clinic of the SCRM and exclusion zone hospital № 16.
