There are investigated in the theoretical way the crisis phenomenon of the hydrodyna- mics of the film flows in vertical annular channels and in the channels with net plant. It was established on the basis of the theoretical and experimental investigations that the normal work of apparatus with termosyphons and net plant is limited by regime of "flooding" flow of the liquid film.
