Objective: to analyze macro and microeconomic market environment of the productive-economic system (PES) and to design methods of its strategic resources analysis. Methods: economic and statistic ones with a PC having at least Intel 80486 processor. The research has produced: analysis of the macro- and microeconomic market environment of the PES, development of the economic mathematical models of microeconomic analysis in economics and finance, recommendations on how to determine the content and condition of strategic resources of PES. The scientific novelty of the work consists not only in economic-mathematical models of machine-building and catering enterprises from the point of their investment attractiveness but also of assessment of their strategic resources.
