The designing was performed with using technical means of handling with postal correspondence, PCs and modern system software as well. In the proceeding of work there was: * organized an automated working place for an operator to handle with postal correspondence, worked out the technology of collection and processing the correspondence; * prepared special program products for formation of enterprises' data bases, processing and forming messages, which have provided in their turn: selection of the addresses of enterprises by certain criteria, automated addressing of the postal envelopes, automated registration of the input and output correspondence in an electronic journal and forming the corresponding reports on their receiving and dispatch.
