The aim of the investigation is the reception of microorganisms association with the nitrogen fixation abilities and oil degradation ones, which able to treat water reservoir (waste, storm water) from petroleum. The investigation methods: microbiological, biochemical, IR-spectroscopy, spectrophotometry ('Specord') and oil product's analyser (AH-I). Nitrogen fixing association of oiloxidating bacteria was selected, its genera and destructive abilities were established. The pure cultureas of bacteria with polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons destruction abilities were selected too. Arrangement and biopreparat for water treatment from oil products were worked out.
