The aim of research - investigation the genes localization, which are coding disulphonative enzyme. The first reaction of destruction of surfactants is controlled by this enzyme. The methods of investigation - genetics (amplificator, sequenator), microbiological (microscope), biochemicals (spectrometer "Shimadzu"). It was shown, that localization of disulphonative genes was made in the strain of bacteria-degraders of anionic surfactants - P.rathonis T. These genes were cloned in E.coli ДН5a strain.
