The investigation was conducted with the help of PCs and the modern system software. In the proceeding of works there have been made: - development of structure of express- reference and forms of submitting information in it, technology of data collection and processing, forms of input documents, algorithms of the information analysis as well as program products for formation of data bases, data processing and presenting indicators; - definition of the state on the production output, manufacturing main kinds of production, consumption of fuel and power resources, capital investments, investment policy, economical foreign activity, scientific and technical activity, labour indicators, using budget and outbudget money, funds, labour security, structural rebuilding of enterprises, restructuring of enterprises of MPPU.
