Aim: to investigate age-related peculiarities of the arterial hypertension development after intracerebral injection of membranotrophic drugs. Methods: stereotaxic technique, arterial blood pressure registration, termodilution, Na,K,ATP-ase activity determination. Scientific and practical results: the model of membrane-centrogenic hypertension was elaborated on the basis of intracerebral injection of membranotrophic drugs. Such hypertension developed easily and was more pronounced in old animals compared with adult ones. Novelty: for the first time a significant role of the agt-related changes of the cellular central circulation mechanisms in patogenesis of arterial hypertension in aging was shown.Effectivity: the improvement of notion about patogenetic mechanisms of arterial hypertension development in aging.
