The database for external trading data was created in order to run the economical rows of output data by Goscomstat of Ukraine in 1994-1997. The tendencies of external trade were analised. Problems of countrie's security in energy sources,status of Ukrainian AIC and machine-building were also investigated. A value-based metodic for GDP calculation was elaborated.
