The project has been realised with using a wide range of means such as telegraph, telephone and facsimile ones, PCs, up-to-date system software. In the proceeding of works there were: arranged automated working places for operators, developed the technology of collection and processing information coming by specified communication channels, special program products for processing and forming messages which had provided: automated multiplication of the document once introduced by a number of enterprises - addressees, coupling the address of an enterprise with the text of the related message, definition of the priority order of transmitting the documents accordingly to criteria specified by an operator, automated registration of the input and output information in an electronic journal and forming the corresponding reports upon receiving and dispatch. The results of the design were used in the informational exchange between the Ministry and enterprises (institutions) and in the automated system of investigation of the state on scientific and technical, finance and economy indicators of the activity of enterprises and institutions of MPPU as well.
