The designing was executed with using telegraph communication means and advanced system software as well. In the proceeding of works there were: developed the technology of collection and processing some information which comes by the telegraph channels, special program products for processing and forming the telegraph reports which have provided: automated multiplication of the document once introduced by a number of enterprises - addressees, coupling the address of an enterprise with the text of the related message, definition of the priority order of transmitting the documents accordingly to criteria specified by an operator, automated registration of the input and output information in an electronic journal and forming the corresponding reports upon receiving and dispatc h. The results of the design were used in the informational exchange between the Ministry and enterprises (institutions) and in the automated system of investigation of the state of scientific and technical, finance and economy indicators of the activity of enterprises and institutions of MPPU as well.
