The investigation was carried out with using the communication technical means, PCs combined in a local network, advanced system software. In the proceeding of work there have been made the following: elaborated the technology of collection and processing information, blanks for input and output documents and algorithms of the information analysis; program products for forming data bases, processing and forming indicators as well; accomplished investigation on the state of the economical activity of the institutions in such directions as: volume indicators (the total number of works including scientific and technical design - STD) in thousand hrn.; profits of STD in thousand hrn.; profitability of STD including that ones at the own expense, in thousand hrn.; labour indicators ( wages account fund, average number on the list, average wage). Informational and analytical reports w ere aggregated accordingly to conventional regions of Ukraine and branches of MIPU.
