The purpose of work - to supply qualitative realization of an exhibition - seminar and find ways of the decision MiNaSs and MNS informatization problerms. The purpose of an exhibition - seminar is the demonstration of results of works of 1998 to a management MNS of Ukraine, and of other Ministries and departments representatives. Demonstration of achievement and lacks of development, exchange of ideas concerning directions of the further development of system. Research reception and development - realization of methodology planning both realization of scientific - practical seminars and exhibitions. All working members of Association MiNaSs were involved in participation in an exhibition - seminar (9 firms). For exhibition was prepared and is issued of the large quantities of printed materials, is designed and made the corporate local computer network in real conditions, as ways of the communications between the software created by the firms - members MiNaSs in OTS MNS-Inform frameworks. During realization of an exhibition the working model OTS MNS-Inform was shown, the mechanisms of interaction of the firms - participants of development OTS MNS-Inform are fulfilled, the scientific - practical seminar is carried out. The results were used at realization of an exhibition - seminar "Information problems of the central executive public authority", which was carried out on March 9-11, 1999 in National exhibition centre of Ukraine (Pr.
