It was proved that the modifying salt impregnation to the catalyst composition raises its basity owing to the electronegative nitrat-anions effect. The Cs-containing catalyst of the optimal composition was made up as the result of carried out studies which surpasses all world favorite analoges on the catalytic properties complex.
