The alkaline activity of a medium hardening binder is investigated, the methods it of regulating are developed and the resistance of fiber glass in a medium developed binder is investigated. The methods X-ray, infra-red and thermal analyses investigate processes hydration and kinetics of hardening in gypsum and gypsumcementpuzzolan binder and their basic physic-mechanical properties. Ecological safe optimum structures on the base of GB and GCPB and fiber glass composite are developed.
