Methods of research - systems analysis of processes of a decision making, determination of structures both flows of the input and final information, determination of a structure and contents of procedures of information processing, development of ways of an automated acceptance, storage, processing of the radiological and cartographical information. At fulfilment of activity at a stage of study of object the analysis of information flows is conducted, the realization of organizational procedures of management is investigated, the requirements to a system are formulated. On a design stage are developed model of use, logic structure of information base. The object of automation and process of activity is circumscribed as semantic model. At software engineering because of of analysis of possible versions of realization the component structure with use of technology Active for development of network software pro ducts is selected. The cartographical information is by the constituent of information environment of a system. For activity with the cartographical information the functional completeness of a cartographical system MapInfo is used. The background information technologies (MS Word, MS Excel, MapInfo, DMS) are used for creation of information products of various purpose. The gear of export of the data of information base of a system, outcomes of the inquiries by environments of appropriate technologies in the necessary formats is realized. It grantives a capability to use functionality of background technologies in procedures of data processing.
