Research was done of the information on, and generalization was made on normative and legal sources regulating property right and assesssment of the value of property and current income of land plots, justification was made from the property list and consideration was made of the methods to include it in total household (family) income; projects were worked out to take stock of the property, and techniques to take into account incomes from land plots owned and used by a household in the process of granting social assistance
