The effect of loading waves on the formation of stress-strain condition (SSC) near the crack tip in a speciment of finit cizes is studied. The analitical expressings for the quantitative analysis of SSC and power flows in a plaite near the tip of a stationary crack by pulse loading are recived. The comparison of theoretical results with the date of experiment is carried on.The quantativ criterion of distinction between dynamic and quasistatic loading of a crack is formulated.
