For 1997 yr. popup.stage_title Head Gavrylenko V.S., Registration Date 16-06-1999 Organization The Falz-Fein Biosphere reserve "Askania-Nova" UAAS popup.description2 Natural phyto- and zoocenosis of the forbidden steppe, transmission zones and Western Sivash, introduced plants of the State Dendropark "Ascania-Nova", animals of zoo "Ascania-Nova" are researched. Observations for the spontanious changes of biota and under the influence of anthropogenic factors, discovering the main directions of successions, selection of the new steady wood and flower-decorative plants with introducing tests on the South of the Ukraine's steppe zone for the further inculcation into the practise of planting of greenery, development of the ways to genofund conservation of wild animals with the half-free keeping were conducted. Methods of researches - generally used methods of the field geobotanics and zoology, primary and longterm introduction planting tests. The next cartography in turn of the plot "Stara" (520 ha) of the Reserve's "Ascania-Nova" steppe is conducted. The formation of Stink valesiaca - 45,7, mesophyle rhizome of cereals and sedges - 29,7, the groups of feather-grassing formations - 24,4% of the plot's area are dominating in the stand of gras. The rhizome grasses enlarge thier territory with the highest speed (annually till 2,5 ha). The rhythmes of the seasonal high plants development, geobotanical construction and productivity of the main groups in ecological line of this plot are discovered. The yield of 20 flowering plants species of seeds is determined. On the Soutern Ukraine the features of ornithofauna formation of the steppe, park and urbanization landscapes are discovered. The favourable weather of previous and current years found thier reflection in the general raising numbers of rodents and insectivorous at the Core area of the reserve. The estimation of the biotopic distribution of amphibious is realized. The largest density of thier population turned out in the settlement, and the largest species diversity - in agrocenosis. The biotopic distribution numbers, population structure and nutrition of the wild animals are studied. The Core area of the reserve is dist inguished with the largest species diversity of the aboriginal representatives of Carnivora , fauna and thier density. The nutrition differences of various secular groups Vulpers vulpes L. The primary introduction tests of 25 species wood plants are conducted. The 63 speciements seeds of wood plants of 56 species and forms of 30 oders, 17 families are mobilized. Genofund of introducents is enriched on 25 new taxa for the flora of park. The methods of cultivations of 3 rare species of euroasian flora are developed. As a result of conducting the primary introduction tests of the rare plants the perspective species are determined. Phenological observations are carried out for 10 species and sorts of many years flower-decorative plants. The reconstruction arrangement are developed and conducted for renovation of species construction and optimization of phytocenosis structure of tree-station in the dendrological park "Ascania-Nova". The phytosanitary inspection of park's plantings is carried out. The material i s represented on morphology features, coloration of hair-covering, skin structure, playful behavour of Przewalski Horse, parasitic state of wild ungulates, morphology of flat-chested birds. It is studied the exterior and interior mammal features, morphology of gastric intestine, construction of protozoa at the stomach of some antelopes. The works on domesticationand milking of Eland, studing of the remote hybrids are continued. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-03 Close
