The purpose of work - because of of physical chemical researches to create technological fundamentalses of manufacture nano- and small-sized crystalline oxide powders for functional and constructional ceramics of excellence. Methods of a research and equipment: the researches were carried out on original techniques. The obtained samples subjected to complex physical chemical researches: the chemical analysis, thermogravimetry, radiography, electronic microscopy, IK-spectroscopy. Basic obtained outcomes. The basic physical chemical regularities and possible mechanisms of processes which are flowing past at dehydration hydrosol of a zirconium are investigated. Analyzed conditions also are recommended which reduce in preventing or braking of processes of an aggregate in hydrosol. The theoretical handling of obtained outcomes is carried out. The scientific fundamentalses of process engineeri ngs of manufacture nano-crystal of powders are developed.
