Results: it has been shown, that 1 and 2 type of diabetes mellitus are polygene signs with major gene; gene complexes are self-dependent, but have 59 % of common genes; natural selection press against the 1 type of diabetes mellitus genes; population processes differently affect on the manifestation of the 1 and 2 type diabetes mellitus.
