On the basis of medical-social aspects, homeostasis peculiarities and psyhological adaptation had been studied the risk factors of pregnancy termination and lactation disfunction were highlighted and measures to improve quality of perinatal care were worked out (autologous blood donation, partogram and prostaglandin use and technology of family centered maternal care). Novelty: technology of the individual familyce ntered maternal care. Installation: technology of the individual family centered maternal care were introduced at DRCMCC. Can be introduced at antenatal clinics, regional and local hospitals. Effeciency: 2.8% decrease of prematurity, 4.2%o decrease of stillbirth, 8.2%o decrease of early neonatal mortality, 4.6 times decrease of puerperal infection after cesarean section.
