The control - 60 infertil women from from Ivano-Frankovsk region. 133 girls-teenagers who had interrupted pregnancy have been investigated. The aim of work: scientific ground, work out and inculcation in gynecological practice the new differencial approaches and treatment in depedence of different etyological factors. The investigation methods: clinical, clinical-statistical, radioimmunological, immuno-phermental, endoscopic, ultrasound researches. The new results: for the first time the leading factors of infertility and their combination have been disordered owing to diagnostic and operative laparoscopy and on the ground of this the new approaches and treatment methods for patients wits different infatility forms have been worked out. The possible application institutions: the women consultation, the gynecological departaments of municipal and regional hospitals, the family planning departaments and centres. Effecticacy: the shorte ning of the investigation time of infertil coulpe to 6 monthes and the treatment time to 12-15 months, the rising of treatment effecticacy from 14% to 35 %.
