Gorky popup.description2 In this science practical work connection has been found between the biochemical figures in children suffering from cleft lip and palate and the type of closing of the post-operational wound; mathematical models have been created of forecast of wound closing, which include figures of lipid peroxydation, antioxydation system, prostanoids and blood analysis; an algorhythm has been offered for forecasting the type of closing of the post-operational wound on the different stages of surgical correction of the disease ; a scheme has been produced of prophilactic treatmentaimed at preventing post-operational complications in wound. The algorhythm of forecast and correction of therapy on different stages of treatment allows to prevent the development of local inflammatory post operational complications in this group of patients. Clinical introduction has been made of forecast algorhythm and schemes of prophilactic treatment in children with cleft lip and palate.
