Complex examination of 83 cases in critical states due to sepsis, crush-syndrome, toxico-allergic dermatitis, status asthmaticus had been determinated the presence of multiple оrgan failure (MOF), metabolic and immune dystress. The role of Systemic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (SIRS) as a trigger of MOF had been confirmed. The tactics of diagnosis & intensive care (IC) had been developed. The methods of active cytokine-managing therapy had been optimesed.All this measures allowed to reduce the term of critical state and endogenous intoxication, to decrease the lehtality level.
